Sport is the easiest way to meet people you would never otherwise sit next to. Our Pilates, padel and tennis sessions are deliberately social: mixed levels, short introductions at the start, and time to talk afterwards over something cold.

Pilates sessions focus on core strength, posture and breathing, with mat and equipment formats depending on the studio. Padel is the fastest way for a beginner to have a real rally within minutes, which is exactly why it works for a mixed group. Tennis clinics run from first-serve basics to friendly doubles.

We also run women's wellness editions — a session plus a conversation on movement, recovery and confidence, in a setting where beginners are the majority rather than the exception.
