Lubumbashi is the DRC's second city and the commercial centre of Haut-Katanga. Its professional community is unusually international, its dry season is temperate and bright, and it has a long-established club culture built around golf, tennis and long lunches.

That gives the Social Club a different rhythm here than in Kinshasa. Lubumbashi editions lean toward daytime sport, executive formats and cultural evenings that finish earlier — an eighteen-hole morning followed by a sector round table, a hosted dinner with mining, logistics and finance professionals at the same table, or a concert evening with Katangese musicians.

The city is also the gateway to southern Katanga. Guests who extend a business trip can connect from Lubumbashi to the Kundelungu plateau and the Lofoi Falls, or to the lakes and plains of Upemba, through the wider DRCTOURISM programme.

For diaspora families with Katangese roots, Lubumbashi editions are a way to come back with a structure already in place: people to meet, a table booked and someone answering questions in French, English or Swahili.

Safety

Cancellation conditions

Where an experience is ticketed, the cancellation terms are published on the booking page before payment. If DRCTOURISM postpones or cancels an edition, registered guests are offered a transfer to the next date or a full refund of anything paid.
