Kisangani

Kisangani, DRC's third-largest city, is strategically located where the Congo River becomes navigable after the Boyoma Falls. Historically known as Stanleyville, the city has been an important trading and transport hub for the Congo Basin region. Kisangani offers access to rainforest expeditions, Boyoma Falls with traditional Wagenia fishing, river culture, and serves as a base for exploring the vast rainforests of Tshopo Province.
