How much deposit do I need to pay to book?
A 70% deposit secures your dates, private guides, and park permits. The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before departure. Date changes are handled case by case depending on permit and guide availability.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal, supporting major credit and debit cards.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Checkout uses 256-bit encrypted payment processing through Stripe and PayPal, the same standard used by major international travel platforms. We never store full card details on our servers.
Does the deposit include park permits?
Yes. Your deposit reserves your travel dates along with your private guides and any required national park entry permits for your chosen expedition.
What if I'm booking for a group?
Group bookings are welcome across all three options. Add traveller details during step 1 and we'll confirm group rates and availability before you pay.
